Common questions
What's the difference between New Application and Reapplication pricing?
A reapplication (previously refused) requires additional review of your past application and an assessment of the likely reasons for refusal, so we can rebuild a stronger strategy. New applications are ₱5,290 per applicant; reapplications are ₱5,690 per applicant.
What exactly is included in the assistance fee?
One-on-one consultation, full DS-160 completion, application review, strategy planning for your travel narrative and ties to the Philippines, setup of your US visa scheduling account, help paying the visa fee, biometrics scheduling at Parqal, interview scheduling, and a 1-on-1 mock interview with a script.
Are there costs on top of your fee?
Yes — two costs go directly to other parties, not to Mommy Di: the US visa application fee (US$185, about ₱11,470) paid to the US Embassy, and a ₱750 delivery fee to 2GO once your visa is approved. The assistance fee above covers guidance and service only.
I already filed my own DS-160 — can you still help?
Yes, that's what Coaching Only (₱3,500) is for: a review of your DS-160, flags on anything that needs editing, and mock interview practice. It's built for DIY applicants, not for applicants currently working with a travel agency.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No one can guarantee a visa outcome — that decision belongs solely to the US Embassy. What this service does is help you avoid common red flags, build an honest and clear narrative, and prepare thoroughly for your interview to give you the strongest possible chance.
What happens right after I book?
My team reaches out to start drafting your application and setting up your scheduling account. From there, we hold your one-on-one strategy call so I can personally review your application and help position it in the best way.
What are the requirements I need to prepare?
The US Embassy doesn't actually require you to submit any documents for a tourist visa application — you only need a valid passport to apply. Supporting documents like a Certificate of Employment, payslips, ITR, or proof of business and income aren't required to be submitted; they're just recommended to bring with you to the interview, in case the consul asks to see them.
Where do we process everything — is there a face-to-face meeting?
Everything is processed online with my team, and all your information is kept private and confidential. Our calls are done over WhatsApp, Viber, or Google Meet — there's no face-to-face meeting required.
Visa approval decisions are made solely by the U.S. Embassy. This service provides preparation, strategy, and coaching — it does not guarantee a specific outcome.
